How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival with you before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Packing glass
Every vessel is wrapped individually and packed in recycled, protective materials designed for glass and ceramics.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location, the size of your order and chosen delivery speed, and are shown in your order link before you pay.
International orders
Outside the US? Get in touch. Where we can ship to your country, we'll confirm options and costs. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, email hello@clarendecor.com with your name and order details, and we'll explain the options for your order.
Breakages
If anything arrives chipped or broken, send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll replace it.
